The Railways Act Compendium is now available- 16th edition.
It contains a comprehensive collection of current national, European and international regulations of railway law from the AEG through the Interoperability Directive up to the COTIF. It serves as a guide for professionals and at the same time offers the necessary theoretical overview for legal guidance in the rail sector.
Important legal developments and their significance for the rail transport market are presented in a general overview. This part is particularly suitable for a quick introduction into the subject matter and to understand the connections of individual legislative acts.
The work, like the prelude, appears in two volumes. The first volume covers national law and the second volume the European legal bases and international regulations. The included pdf e-book allows users to search and access all terms and references electronically using their PC, Tablet or Smartphone.
The electronic version contains additional regulations, including all the technical specifications for interoperability, the international transport of dangerous goods by rail (RID) and other legislation.
